Weekend October 23-25, 2015 Imagine a weekend where everything is taken care of for you. An opportunity to slowdown, reflect on life, meet new friends and have fun. Be with God and others, without the long “to-do” list and people wanting and expecting things from you. It may be tricky getting away—but it will be worth it. God will use this time to give you a renewed sense of purpose and direction; of hope and peace; encouragement and joy. In community with others you will discover you are not alone, no matter how heavy your burden may seem to be. The better we understand God, the stronger our faith becomes and the better we can strengthen the faith of others. |
Men's
Weekend November 6-8, 2015 It may not be the guys’ get-away (hunting, fishing, game day) weekend you think about, but it may be the best get-away weekend you can give yourself. We can get so busy and worn out by the tasks at hand with work, home and activities—that we miss out on the important people in our lives, including Jesus. In the busyness of life, it’s easy to get off track and start going through the motions. Jesus offers a better way. Rediscover his plan and purpose for your life. Remove doubt & worry about the things that don’t matter and re-prioritize the things that do. People in your life are watching and learning from you. The weekend will help you guide them and give them your best. |
