Welcome to St. Mary!
Our parish has been serving Catholic families in the Solon area since 1853 when Fr. Hammon, an Irish-born priest, celebrated Mass with four families in a Solon home. It has grown to 600+ families. We invite you to be a part of our parish family and journey with us in faith. Call the parish office for more information on registering with us 319-624-2228.
I look forward to meeting you. Please take a minute after one of the weekend Masses to say hello and introduce yourself. I hope your time with us will help you grow closer to Jesus, especially through His sacraments. Thank you for your interest in our parish family.
Your friend in Christ,
Fr. Tim Sheedy

Daily MARRIAGE Tip from foryourmarriage.com
"...the seed is the word of God sown in our hearts.
The field of faith, is your own heart, it is your life.
It is your life that Jesus wants to enter with his word,
with his presence.
Please, let Christ and his word enter your life, blossom and grow."
